Meet Nikki
Nikki grew up in Lake Tahoe, California, which gave her a holistic perspective on health and a passion for the outdoors. Always inspired by people and their narratives, she initially moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. The journey took an exciting turn upon relocating to New York City, where Nikki was lucky enough to work for and collaborate with Dana James, a Nutritionist and CBT Therapist. This experience, coupled with her own personal therapy, sparked a profound interest in psychology, prompting her decision to return to school.

Completing a Bachelor’s degree at New York University with an interdisciplinary major in Psychology and Narrative Writing, along with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies, marked a significant academic achievement. Currently, Nikki is living in Santa Monica, where she is finishing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy. Nikki is dedicated to deepening her knowledge and skills in the field and looks forward to the personal and professional growth ahead of her.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, cooking, yoga, running, skiing, and outdoor adventures.
As a clinical trainee at the Center For Mental Health Excellence, Nikki provides a supportive space for individuals and couples. Recognizing therapy as a courageous step, Nikki's goal is to establish a safe, nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their unique stories. Utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, she guides and supports individuals in achieving their goals.
